Join us on August 16th to hear speaker

Mr.  Jimmy Mitchell '04

share his talk:

Beauty Has Saved the World

A native of Atlanta, GA, Jimmy Mitchell graduated from Vanderbilt University in the spring of 2008 with a degree in business. He then spent a year as a seminarian for the Diocese of Nashville and two years as a missionary for FRATERNUS, a virtue-based mentoring and formation program for boys in middle school and high school. In the winter of 2010, he started Mysterium Records out of Nashville with the vision of rebuilding authentic culture through the arts – particularly through the production of quality music, books, and live events inspired by a deep Catholic anthropology. His talk was first given at Mysterium's most recent spring conference for college students and young adults, entitled GLORY2012. To find out more, visit MysteriumOnline.com and GloryConference.org.

Here is what a few had to say about our fellowship in June and July:

"Five Paces Fellowship has been remarkably refreshing. It has reminded me of how varied and inspiring other people's unique viewpoints on faith can be, and I find a profound beauty in the act of sharing spiritual perspectives. At the same time, and even more importantly, we are able to come together united in our Christian beliefs. I've valued the discussions and drinks I've shared at 5PF, and I look forward to sharing more to come." John Lanier '04

"I loved the intimate and relaxed setting you provided to discuss our faith andways we can improve it. Father Konzen was a great speaker and provided challenging ideas as well as new ways to analyze our faith journey. I left the  evening contemplating how I can implement these news concepts in my own faith journey." Mark Galvin '85

"To me, Five Paces Fellowship is a relaxed environment where I can work on spiritual growth and life balance. I hope as Five Paces Fellowship grows, it will become the place for spiritual development our alumni peer group currently lacks." Katie Mackin Ford '04
